Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. This beautifully designed farmhouse sink instantly elevates any kitchen. Its smooth, high gloss apron front serves as an elegant centerpiece for the entire kitchen. Durable ceramic construction with high temperature heat-treated vitreous glazed surface to resist stains and scratches.

My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. This is a beautiful vanity. The drawers are solid and the pullout rails are smooth. As someone pointed out, the counter top does come flush to the cabinet edge but think it looks nice. The vanity is wonderful, but I most impressed with the manufacturer. The coordinating side splash was not available for purchase from any retailer due to an error. But a customer service rep from Cahaba just simply sent me the pieces I needed! Also, the packaging for the stone countertop and side splashes was excellent.
