1 1/4 Inch Smart Water Shutoff

Bring smart plumbing to your home with this product. This product is a smart home water security system that provides 24/7 protection by monitoring for water leaks—some as small as one drop of water per minute—and other vulnerabilities, no additional sensors are needed. Designed by plumbing and tech industry professionals, Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff are installed on the main water supply line of the home. Through the Moen Plus App, you can see live water use, including water flow rates, pressure, and even temperature. If the Smart Water Shutoff detects an issue (e.g. high pressure, freezing water, or a small leak) it will alert you through the App, or other preferred notification methods, so you can assess the issue before it causes costly damage. If there is a catastrophic failure, like a burst pipe or someone leaves the water running, you will be alerted in the App allowing you to shut the water off remotely—no matter where you are. If you fail to respond to the alert or are on vacation, the device can be set to automatically shut off water to help limit damage and loss.

The one-piece design is constructed from heavy-duty 22-24 gauge (0.033 in. thick) galvanized steel, engineered to withstand years of physical and chemical wear. The clean, semi-gloss white powder-coated finish can also be painted using a roller or spray to achieve a custom look. Baseboarders are considered child-safe due to the absence of exposed sharp edges and their ability to block access to the heating element from the top. They can also be installed in new construction applications or in situations where the original covers have been completely removed, leaving only the bare finned-tube heating element. End caps are sold separately. This style is not recommended for use with electric baseboard heaters.

The lavatory sink legs provide support to your wall-mounted console sink and are manufactured for use with vitreous china, steel, or cast-iron lavatories. Constructed of metal, these hexagonal-shaped legs are perfect for new installations, replacement or to provide added support to a loose sink. The legs can also be cut to shorter lengths if desired. All parts are designed with quality engineering and construction to be durable and reliable to meet the highest quality standards.

The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter.
