Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. When I first receive my order the frame was broken and Wayfair wanted to give me a 25.00 discount for a picture that was 170.00 dollars make no sense. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
