A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water pressure is much stronger on the T44 than on my old 2016 Swash 1400. The only thing I don’t like about the T44 is the remote. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue. Gary K..
