Good quality rug, exactly what I wanted as far as thickness (I despise washable rugs). My only issue was the color. I ordered the creamivory and it looks more cool toned than what I wanted. I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. This is a beautiful rug! It actually has a plush soft cushiony nap to it, not one of these new cheap printed mats that claim to be a rug. The colors are gorgeous. Shades of steely blue-ish gray, light gray, taupe, medium blue, tan, a very soft russety rose, a pale gold, cream, a pale green, with a creamy sort of natural linen shade background. The whole rug adds a lot of different colors, BUT, it is not loud and bright, the colors are muted and soft overall, without harsh high contrast. I feel like in the review pictures it shows the colors accurately, but as deep as some of the colors look in pictures, the look of the complete rug in a room, overall, appears lighter. The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect.
