I was shocked at the amount of time it took to put together because I am a very experienced DIYer. It was least 15 hours for my husband & I to sort pieces and parts (some not marked) and put the desk together. It really looks great, I’m just not sure about the ergonomics for a professional manicurist like myself. The top is very high (clients are commenting) yet I cannot raise my chair because the lower shelf hits my legs. I’m am about 5ft 4in and a 120 pounds so it’s not a size thing. I had to drill a hole for the cords and the power strip popped like it could be defective so I am not using it. I do love the storage and the bottom shelf holds my dust collector when not in use.. Not the best directions, but wasn't too bad to put together, even by myself. Very well made and sturdy. ( just don't try to use the wall anchors that come with it,,,either screw to studs or get the screw in type wall anchors,,,I did both and it is rock solid !
