This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. I really like the look of this set. It is comfortable too. The cushions are not anywhere close to 4" thick; they're more like 2 3/4". One of the legs is bent, and we cannot bend it back. This was also missing 4 parts, so the 2 chairs are waiting for the bottom to be installed so they will swivel. It took 2 days for these to come & it will take 10 days to get a part.. Beth.
