This cart arrived in two packages, two days apart. Other than one small scratch, it arrived without damage. It did come with a screwdriver and small wrench included, so no additional tools were needed. Whoever wrote the instructions did not have a full grasp of the English language. Used "upside" instead of "turn over" and other phrases that took some head scratching to figure out. We are VERY well versed in assembling things, so it wasn't a big issue. It took my husband and 5 year old grandson about an hour and 15 minutes to assemble. The only negatives were that the door magnet wasn't alligned so the doors kept swinging open (but my husband was able to adjust), and the flip up table top extension was very awkward to open and close, so we removed it. My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled. We absolutely love this charcoal grill! It has been a huge upgrade from the basic round charcoal grills we’ve used in the past. The cooking surface is surprisingly spacious, making it easy to grill enough food for the whole family without feeling crowded. One of our favorite features is the built-in temperature gauge. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of grilling and makes it much easier to maintain the right cooking temperature. The folding side tables are another fantastic addition—they provide convenient prep space when needed and fold down nicely when not in use.
