Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. I think that it's a perfect heater! However, when I ordered it I thought it could stand alone on the floor along the baseboard. As it turns out, it has to be mounted to the wall, even when you have it sitting on the floor. My landlord doesn't want holes in the walls, so I had to return and replace it. Ever since I made a purchase on Wayfair.ca I have had multiple fraud charges on my credit card!?!? A bunch of yoga, fitness, work out memberships from the united states. I went to their websites and don’t even have memberships nor have any sign on information??? This makes me never want to purchase anything on your website ever again. You folks need better security.
