The customer service with this company was absolutely outstanding highly recommend the Storage cabinets. They are fantastic. These Storage cabinets are perfect for my office. I bought three of them and only had an issue with one. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement within days. The customer service was outstanding. I switched out the knobs with glass knobs. They weren’t that hard to put together, but where it shows you need two people to lift it up, I would definitely get somebody to help you. I can’t imagine trying to lift that up and put the one piece on top of the other by myself.. Karen. Virginia Beach, VA. Tue Oct 13 2026

Exactly as described and exactly what I needed! It’s perfect and I love it. I highly suggest having two people to put it together, it would be difficult if it was only one person in my opinion. It took my sister and I about 2 12 hours the first night and then less than two hours the second night. I took the suggestions from other reviews when purchasing my trash cans and I’m so glad I did. I love it.. Sara. San Diego, CA. Thu Oct 22 2026

Honestly better than I expected. I never prder from wayfair, and this was pretty good. Typical particle wood with locking screws build, but the direction were pretty straight forward and all the pieces were labeled for easy access/locating them and the hardware were in their own individual bags which was nice. The panels for the doors are a little thin, but as long as you're not kicking them, I think they'll be okay. For the price, its worth it. Using it as a coffee bar/liquor storage. Hope this helps those who were wayfair skeptics like me.. Matthew. Ocean Cnty, NJ. Mon Oct 26 2026

Looks good! Missing one piece that I’ll have to message Wayfair for but other than that it’s good. Some drawers are hard to pull out and kind of need to push in forcefully to close. Took a while to put together but had a few people working on it. Kimberly. Sun Oct 04 2026

Beautiful, I get compliments on it all the time. I did pick up some magnets to help with the top doors staying shut. The bottom do require you to close them together to fully close, but the a snug when they close.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 25 2026

I purchased two of these storage units a few years ago, and they’ve been surprisingly versatile! We originally used both in our playroom to store kids’ toys. After moving last year and as the kids have gotten older, I repurposed one for our laundry room to store cleaning supplies, pool towels, and other household essentials. Since I still have a toddler, I added a childproof lock to keep cleaning products safely out of reach. There’s plenty of storage space, and we typically keep a small step stool on the bottom shelf as well. The second unit is in our basement and is used for miscellaneous household storage. I love that the shelves are adjustable, making it easy to customize the space for different items as our needs change. One thing to note is that we did encounter a few imperfections during assembly, so I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re planning a perfectly seamless, custom built-in look. However, for everyday storage, they’re attractive, functional, and hold a ton of stuff. I’ve been happy with how easily we’ve been able to repurpose them throughout our home over the years!. Mandy.
