First, let me say that this fixture is stunning. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the classiness of the light. HOWEVER - you have to install each crystal globe onto the light. There is 81 of them! And if you don’t thread and twist each pin that holds them EXACTLY the same each time, they hang cattywompus, and you have to go back and adjust them. The other noteworthy point is, this fixture is the heaviest I’ve ever had to hang. Heavier than a ceiling fan. So, take note. The fixture is nice but the color is a little warmer than we'd hoped for - it almost reads copper at certain times of the day. Also, the glass dome doesn't sit perfect in the band or ring around it. These are stunning in person! Easy install. Directions were there but wasn’t needed. They came well packaged the crystals were already attached, which was a big help. My only con is that although we’ll wrapped the pins they use are so cheap I had about 8 crystals were the pins broke bc of how tight they packaged everything. There should be extra pins included. I just happened to have some available from previous chandeliers I had purchased. Also the grounding wire I don’t know if they come in diff colors but the copper look against chrome wasn’t my fav. Just get your pieces organized on a tray first to minimize going up and down the ladder. Also lay a blanket on the floor in case you drop a crystal. They will chip. Lesson learned for me.
