My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
