The products ordered should receive 5 stars. The shipment is also OK, received on time and well packed. But the 3 stars goes to the product package, the Moen box received all bended, but item is OK. The Kohler bidet faucet box “seal” was unsealed, dirty, and squeezed, therefore not sure if all the rough-In parts are included. I Hope so. Seems like a returned item placed back in stock. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. I also used a plastic scrubbing brush to polish all the brass seating surfaces that this seals against. Good quality and works perfect the first time.. Nodrog. Colorado. Tue Dec 27 2022
