The furniture arrived on-time and was carefully packaged. None of the items were damaged and all holes for the installation aligned. Actual furniture is exactly as described. Follow instructions to not tighten the screws until done. Advice: I could not align the holes on feet to the rocking bars, so I put some white paint at the rim of the holes on the feet. It has 60inch blades which create a much stronger breeze than I had before. The convenience of having a fan remote is another upgrade. There was a mount for the remote, so we hung it next to our light switch that way it is always handy. There is a small delay when pressing the buttons on the remote, for the fan to react, but not enough to be annoying. There are 6 speeds to choose from, and you can choose the rotation direction as well. This fan operates quietly, and I love the detail on the fan blades. The blades look like palm leaves which is perfect for an outdoor setting. I can't wait to enjoy using this fan all summer on my patio, it will make the heat more bearable. Overall this furniture set was easy to build, the directions were clear and it did not take much time to assemble. My only complaint is the cushions. Not very soft and very thin cushions.
