We have 2 of these attached to the thermostat and they seem to be working okay. The temps overnight have been down to 30s and the mats are working constantly to achieve the desired temp. I’ve been using much cheaper lights that can run in a series (think shop lights but a bit stronger). This blows them out of the water in intensity. It covers a full 1020 tray of seedlings and burnt a few of them when o wasn’t careful. Luckily it can be dialed back or raised or lowered. I will still use my old lights but for my sun loving seedlings that I start indoors this one is better. It’s expensive so I’ll never buy a ton of them but it has its place and is high quality..
