Finally a "hot glove" that I can use with confidence. Ive used similar products before with mixed results but these change the game. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. This item is a gift for Christmas so I have not had the opportunity to use the paddles yet. They look very sturdy and well made. Each paddle is nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. The four balls that came with it are as nice as the higher end balls I have. The only problem is that this is a gift and the boxes are totally covered in a thick rust smelling liquid that has dried up all over the box.
