I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

With this product, you get the perfect combo of country flair and modern design, with the ability to personalize it to your specific needs. The flexible design allows you to place the doors on the eave or gable side and choose from four different door trim designs so you can get that one-of-a-kind look. A welcoming 5–4" wide door opening makes it easy to bring ATVs, tractors, and more in and out. An open floor plan can be customized with storage shelves, workbenches, and hooks to keep your tools of the trade neat and tidy (organization systems not included). 7" tall sidewalls make it easy to store shovels, rakes, ladders, and weed trimmers so they are off the floor. Specially engineered treated wood shed siding provides a protective barrier against rot, decay, and insects. Allows you to place on custom foundations such as concrete pads, and more. Handy Home shed kits are designed for do-it-yourselfers of any skill level with aspirations of building the perfect storage shed. Each DIY shed kit features pre-cut components and pre-hung doors to simplify the assembly process. Shed comes unpainted so you can customize to your liking; shingles sold separately.

Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. All in all I would recommend this shed but be ready for the b.s. of delivery!!. Annette. MI. Wed Mar 02 2022

Needing lots of storage for your lawn equipment, household items, and tools?...Look no further than the Backyard Basecamp. With double doors, you can have room enough for a large riding lawn mower or more accessible access to your stored items. 6 ft. 4 in. high wall height; 9 ft. 6 in. peak height During construction, doors can be located left or right of center or centered in the gable end. The doors are a generous 5'4" W x 5'11" H. The door-side overhang adds both style and protection against the elements. Shingles and paint are purchased separately. The floor needs to be included. Ideal for installing on a concrete slab or a wood floor to meet your needs. Check with your local building code office to determine if a permit is required.

I would include a picture if it had in fact been delivered this morning contrary to what I was told for the third time in the past week. I was told that it would be delivered last Sunday. It was pushed back until Wednesday, 1218 and then it was pushed back again till this Sunday 1222.. Somebody updated the tracking to say that they had attempted delivery on Wednesday the 18th when in fact they did not. They blamed that I had not opened a suitable drop zone for the delivery but nobody in fact ever showed up or called me. However, I got an email note today that it had been supposedly delivered this morning. No it had not been delivered. This order has been screwed up from the very beginning and its to the point where I cant believe anything that I see from Wayfair. Where it stands right now per Helen at the large parcel desk, shes waiting word from ABF who is going to be picking up my shed kit at the romeoville Illinois Warehouse and then schedule a delivery from there. I still dont know when its going to be delivered but I am extremely unhappy about how this whole order has been handled. Helen was very helpful this morning in getting to the bottom of where the shed in fact was which was at Romeoville because I had been told earlier that it was in Strongsville Ohio. All I want is my shed and some honest tracking data from Wayfair because whats in this order tracking is 90 garbage. All I want is my shed delivered and it better be in good condition or its going back. Thats all I have to say other than I will think long and hard before I buy anything from Wayfair again. This has been a disaster.. Stephen. US. Fri Dec 20 2024
