I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. We use distilled water for the mopping and works great even if we have rugs will not mop on it will only vaccum on it. Emptying is loud lol but great. Charges well for my space everyday use.. Payalp.
