I use this too keep a head of lettuce. The lettuce stays fresher longer. If the head is too big, I cut in half. Looks like it will be fun to use! Its attractive, bristles, pad surfaces etc are sturdy or soft enough to do the job propertly. I only gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it should come with a case or bag with compartments.
