I use this too keep a head of lettuce. The lettuce stays fresher longer. If the head is too big, I cut in half. Hi, I'm glad I ordered this chair. I did assemble it by myself. whew! It did take some time, the instruction could use some improvements. I do have a suggestion for those assembling it.
