From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. We have a giant rabbit who sheds twice a year and I haven't noticed any of his fur on the blankets (after washing & drying) or on garments from subsequent washes.. Jennifer. Rockland, Maine.
