Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). In most cases, this could delay the set-up of your hot tub by weeks. It will cost you a pretty penny, too, nearly $1500+ dollars. Our spa pad (also known as the Handi-spa pad) is a faster, cheaper alternative to concrete pads and wooden decks. The Handi-Spa Pad is constructed of durable, weatherproof, high-density polyethylene, offered in a gray or black color. Each pad measures 32” x 48” x 2” thick and weighs 15 lbs. The underside of the Handi-Spa Pad is formed with built-in “strength” pockets. It has been tested to withstand 300 pounds of pressure per square foot. This was accomplished by applying a total weight of 7000 pounds over a 21-foot square area.

Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Quite pleased with these steps. They aren't the most fashionable, but the size is great and the storage within is ample and secure, provided you close the lids tightly. Assembly was easy enough, just follow the directions and don't make the mistake I did, which was neglecting to slide 2 of the end pieces to the back before attaching it all (got distracted, it's an important step). Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer.
