The Honey Keeper Professional Cotton Full Body Beekeeping Suit with Self Supporting Veil Hood is essential for beginner and commercial beekeepers who risk getting stung when handling hives. This suit shields your body and head against bee stings and are ideal for hive maintenance, colony inspection, and honey harvesting. Choosing a suit that protects your head and body and keep you sting-free while performing beekeeping tasks is critical. As your hive grows, and you spend more time working directly with your bees, you will need this protection. Breathable and comfortable to wear, these suits are made of durable cotton fabric, so they are supple enough to give you the flexibility needed to work with delicate bees and hives. Wrist and ankle protection is bolstered with elastic cuffs to form an effective seal to prevent bees from crawling inside and will and not slip while you are working. They are also well-suited for warm weather and the summer months. Our beekeeping suits include a wired veil hood that maintains it shape to allow visibility to the front and sides. Attached with a heavy-duty zipper, the hood adds yet another level of protection. The hood is hand washable and folds flat for storage.
