I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets.
