These seem to fit our requirements - lightweight and adjustable: one person can adjust and fold legs and carry to different location. Bought these to match a set of older oak bookshelves. They turned out to be almost a perfect match. They were very well packaged, and arrived without damage. They were fully assembled, except the adjustable shelves, which were securely packaged so they didn't get damaged during shipping. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. I have had this installed and in operation for about 6 months. The unit arrived undamaged and on schedule. The installation was ok but the mounting brackets of the unit are a little under designed. I added addition bracket to help secure the weight as it is not light. Be sure to consider that you need to plumb in venting that is at least 10" in diameter to carry the 900 cfm. The buckles are still in great shape too! Due to my balcony size I have to keep the sides folded down, but with the adjustable buckles it fits, and doesn’t budge in wind storms! About six months ago I noticed the burners were giving off uneven flames causing uneven cooking. I ordered a replacement set of burners from Broil King. Once they arrived, I couldn't remove the old burners because of being "rusted" in place. I returned the new burners and used steel wool the best I could on the old burners which did help.
