Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown.
