This is an excellent product and if you have building skills, it's a breeze to put together! I bought this because it would work for my project. I was able to fully box in the pergola posts into my deck and keep everything flush mounted. The final trim and skirting have not been installed yet however, you get the idea! Exceeded expectations. For the money, I was not expecting such substantial lumber.and construction. I legit don't think I could buy this lumber and make this myself for less. Cedar is very expensive wood. Anyhow, it took most of a day to assemble BUT, the instructions were VERY clear which is unusual for these type of projects TBH. We had the patio all ready for this. I always wanted one of these. It’s sturdier than I thought which is great. It came in two different boxes. Well packed. It gave a list of items in each box to make sure everything was which is great. It came together very easily. I would recommend four people, especially when you are lifting and putting on the bottom parts of the legs and putting it into place you really need four people. I wish there was a sixth pole in the middle like the front in the back to help support that back half which being attached to the house it doesn’t really matter, but we’re not attaching it ours to our house, we’re gonna put some extra support beams on each side and going across to support and raise it up into place where we wanted to go and that should give it some extra support, but overall it came together very easily. It says don’t tighten up the screws totally which please listen to directions and then go back and tighten after things are together. It works so much better. I love this. It’s gonna be great for the dog when it rains or a hot night. We could sit out here and still enjoy our porch. I would definitely recommend this patio cover gazebo.. Tammy. Midland, MI.
