Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. I strongly recommend that you read the instructions a few times and watch the installation video to be sure you don't make any mistakes. We installed the end caps on the louvers incorrectly and had to take them apart and reassemble them correctly. I would have given this product 5 stars, but one of the 32 louvers was damaged. These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work. The delivery was on time and placed where I wanted it. Be sure to have at least 3 people when connecting the legs to the beams. The directions were pretty vague when starting the first louver. I was missing 1 tapered locking bolt and 1 pillar cover but Maria at customer service was excellent in helping me get the missing parts.
