This is an excellent product and if you have building skills, it's a breeze to put together! I bought this because it would work for my project. I was able to fully box in the pergola posts into my deck and keep everything flush mounted. The final trim and skirting have not been installed yet however, you get the idea! These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work.
