This is EXACTLY what I have been needing! We were going back and forth with the idea of a Pergola or a Screen in Cage - I didn't want the "restraints" of having a screened in area (ie large gatherings wouldn't fit etc) and living in Florida I knew it wouldn't be used a few months a year and I wasn't willing to spend over $15k for a "patio". Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
