Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack. Had to re-enforce bottom. Overflow was 1/4"off from center. Overall I would avoid this manufacture.. Wa_neil. Seattle. Sun Mar 24 2024

This is EXACTLY what I have been needing! We were going back and forth with the idea of a Pergola or a Screen in Cage - I didn't want the "restraints" of having a screened in area (ie large gatherings wouldn't fit etc) and living in Florida I knew it wouldn't be used a few months a year and I wasn't willing to spend over $15k for a "patio".
