Most rain barrels on the market don't fully utilize the water they hold because the spigot is located about halfway up the barrel. This allows bucket filling but leaves a lot of the water behind that often becomes stagnant and hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for buckets and leave hoses as the only draining option. The rain wizard urn stand solves these issues by lifting and supporting the rain wizard urn (65-gallon) or rain wizard urn 50 rain barrels off the ground. With increased elevation, the barrel can drain at a much faster rate, and buckets and watering cans are easily placed below the spigot without awkward tilting or maneuvering. The large downspout opening allows use with both 2x3 or 3x4 downspouts and is covered by a soft, fine mesh, plastic screen to keep out heavy debris. Also included with the barrel are two sturdy metal spigots to install in the offset spigot locations.

Seems to be made of good quality except the screen on top. In less than a week outside it looks like the screws have already begun eroding. It is also concerning that it doesn’t sit flush with the top allowing bugs to get inside. Definitely not interested in a mosquito breeding ground.
