I have a shoe cabinet that works fine but I wanted to spruce it up with some square knobs in a SS finish to make it more noticeable and interesting to look at. Updated - I dropped 1 star for the return experience with Wayfair. I decided to return just the knobs and find another one with golden brushed brass finish with the same manufacturer to match the Piper pull. Unfortunately you have to pay return shipping of $6.49 so I called customer service to see if they can waive this as it's clearly a quality control issue. She proceeds to tell me that they can not waive shipping because of "buyer's remorse" simply because I'm disappointed with finish even though she agreed with me that they look different. She doubles down when I explained to her that customers should not be expected to be responsible for return of products when they are deceived from false advertisement. She was being very dismissive. I am very disappointment with the treatment from customer service. I uploaded another picture that shows the clear difference in finish This knob looks nice but it is definitely not golden brushed brass. It looks like it was finished with champagne bronze so either this was advertised incorrectly or we were sent the wrong product. We bought the Piper pull in golden brushed brass to match it and the Piper is even more beautiful in person. Unfortunately we might have to return both to get a matching set.. Cui. Suwanee, GA.
