I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. Bathtub looks beautiful and will soon be installed. Conversations with Wayfair “customer service” were abysmal. This is a good whirlpool bathtub but it is Not a free-standing tub. By definition a “free-standing bathtub” can be positioned anywhere in a bathroom and doesn’t need to be against a wall. Well this tub does need to be against 2 walls since it’s missing 2 wall side panels. We thought this was an error made by the manufacturer but it’s not.
