Everything worked out well! We used this kit as sliding door instead of poker door. We covered the hardware part with wood and paint so that hardware won’t expose and it doesn’t look like a farmhouse which our house is not like that. In the original box, a set of wheels was missing. The spacing between each hole is American standard 16''. Tracks 8ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by multiple shorter tracks. If you are installing the hardware on a concrete wall, please send Homacer a message asking for bolts specifically for concrete walls. The hardware package only has lag bolts for wooden wall or drywall. Homacer sliding barn door hardware kit is compatible with door thickness. If you have a thinner or thicker door, please contact Homacer for the correct length of the hex bolts of the hangers, or you can get them from your local hardware store.
