They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! More comfortable than I expected for the price. Took me about 3 hours to put together by myself, fairly simple just time consuming. Cushions slide around a bit because they're that slippery outdoor material, but could be easily fixed with some velcro strips.
