I am OBSESSED with this sink. I looked at many sinks before purchasing and nothing compared to a cast iron sink. It is easy to clean with a magic eraser sponge and is slightly slanted I believe so good goes down the drain easier. This sink completed my kitchen renovation and I am so glad I went with this over a cheaper quartz sink, it is worth it in the long run! It is very heavy though and I believe the people that installed my cabinets had to add some extra support to be able to hold the sink so I would look into what weight your cabinets can hold before purchasing. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
