It has two round holes, one above and one below, but my pipe was positioned in the middle. We had to carefully cut open the area between the two holes to make it fit. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place.
