[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG 360 PuriCare and the 360 PuriCare Single Air Purifier’s due to our apartment being very dusty; allergies were also an issue because we live near a huge beautiful State Park with lots of trees and flowers. However, after using the Air Purifier’s for a few days the dust is virtually gone and the air seems fresher; pollen hasn’t been an issue and cooking odors are quickly dissipated. My neighbors smoke and I am concerned that second hand smoke impacts ones health negatively. Again, since using the LG 360 PuriCare Air Purifier’s I have the air in our apartment is fresher and cleaner. We selected these models for their specifications including, but not limited to their True HEPA filters, Booster Fan’s, Smart features and the fact they’re made by LG, a leader in the air purifier industry; not to mention that they are energy efficient, certified Asthma and Allergy Friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt.
