[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor mount gives you two ways to mount, either with a clip type way that clips to your desk and has a strong clip, or to mount in the hole on the top of the desk if your desk has one. Our desk was not able to use the clip so we installed with the hole that was at the top of our desk. This kit came with all tools need to install which was amazing and made it easier to install.
