I was not sure about buying a rug without being in person, as you can’t touch or feel the rug nor really capture the color via a screen, but we love it! Perfectly neutral. I have been on the hunt for a while for a rug that incorporated gray and gold. This fits perfectly without being too patterned. It is soft without being fluffy. I am reviewing this rug nearly three years later. While it’s time to finally retire it, this rug has proved extremely durable. We have two kids and two dogs, and this rug has been in the living room in a high traffic area. We do have to take it to the laundromat to use the extra large machines (we bought the 8x10), but it was only something we did an about three times a year. We bought the extra thick pad to go underneath. The only reason we are in need of a new one is that the edges on one side are starting to fray and the colors aren’t quite as vibrant as they once were, but again, it has been through a lot (including a robot vacuum every day). This rug is beautiful BUT I would pay very close attention to product description and reviews, otherwise you may find yourself not completely thrilled with the product. I think the stock photos give the rug a more “mute”“neutral” vibe but in actually the color is very much prominent in pink and blue tones. The rug is very thin and soft. This may be a benefit depending on what you’re looking for, but if this rug is on a hard surface it may need a rug pad of some sort to keep it from sliding and provide more cushion. The wrinkles flattened almost completely within a day when I took it out of the box which was awesome. Overall I am very happy with this product but it is quite different than a “traditional” rug so just pay attention to the product description so you make sure you understand what you’re buying..
