Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout.
