Easy to install if you're just replacing a current fixture, however the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been (single page with parts numbered, instead of having multiple steps on multiple pages). My only real issue is that the bronze coating comes off too easily when adjusting the chain length, so now I have a link that has a scratchy appearance and the rest look fine. After thoughts: maybe it's me, but I can't seem to make it perfectly symmetrical.
