I ordered the taupe color chair. I work from home and know I will be sitting for longer periods of time. I ordered no arms, casters and tilt. Lombar feels great and casters do not scratch my wooden floors. The quality of the chair is excellent. Assembly was easy. No screws. Just pushed in casters until they clicked. Directions did not address where the black cap goes. When I looked at the picture on line to write this review I see where it goes. Now I have to disassemble the chair to include it. See my picture.
