These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Very bright, but there is few second delay before they come on. The 30’ omni-directional motion detectors is up to 30’, and not-uniform direction, because with them powered but not on, they don’t always turn on walking into the garage.
