I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Bought this faucet in chrome finish. It really dresses up the sink area. The chrome finish does not seem to water spot. This prep faucet is the perfect size, not too tall and very sleek looking. The docking system seems very secure. The pull down hose lets me easily rinse my 33" single sink. I can even fill a 5 gallon bucket under this faucet. I also love the toggle to change the spray. I foudn that product was no going to be used in my application as I like to have the mobility of the individual modular units., This makes it hard to move them and to clean them when you join the together.
