I mistakenly bought this shower head on a whim without realizing that it was 1.75 gpm while my previous Grohe shower head was 2.5 gpm. The difference is noticeable. I tried to grin and bear it, but after a couple months I could no longer. With a bit of quick research I was able to find a solution which was to remove the flow regulator from the end of the handle.
