Lightweight, durable knives for effortless slicing and dicing. These German stainless-steel knives make prep work easy. Chop larger vegetables and leafy greens with the 7-inch vegetable cleaver, slice through foods with a soft interior and a hard exterior with the 5-inch serrated utility knife, and do it all in the kitchen with the all-rounder 7-inch hollow edge santoku that features small indentations, called grantors, to prevent food from sticking. Available in a variety of set configurations from the 3-piece starter set to the 19-piece block set, there’s an assortment for every kitchen. Twin signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of special formula stainless steel, resulting in lighter weight knives. Combined signature ice-hardening technique, these blades will stay sharper and longer. To ensure an ideal cutting angle, the sharp laser-controlled edge is finely honed and hand-finished. The ergonomic, triple-rivet handle embedded with the logo provides durability and balance. And these dishwasher-safe, German-made knives are conveniently easy to clean.

I love these knives. The block looks amazing on my counter top. The knives themselves are very sharp, from other reviews I see complaints of rusting, but Ive owned knives from Zwilling in the past and you must dry them immediately after handwashing, and a thin coat of oil for protection doesnt hurt. Take care of your knives people!. Gianna. Charlotte, NC. Sat Sep 26 2026

This set is the most user-friendly knife. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The chef's knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Zwilling JA Henckelsstern cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.
