The chair itself is nice and comfortable, but I’m disappointed with the footrest. It’s not long enough to properly support your legs, so you can’t fully stretch your legs out and relax. The footrest feels too short and doesn’t provide the comfort I expected. I wish it were longer and more supportive.. Fifi. MA. Sat Sep 19 2026

I love my new chair. I splurged on myself and ordered exactly what I wanted. It’s beautiful, and I’m a rocker so I love that it rocks and swivels. Myroom isn’t complete yet, but I’m off to a great start. I took off one star for how difficult it is trying to put the leg rest down after having it up. I actually had to leap over the extended leg rest, and with all my might (which isn’t much) had to kick it hard to make it stay in place. I still love it though.. Neisha. Ham Lake, MN. Love the chair. I chose to build it on my own because I usually do a good job. The instructions had one falicy in that I had trouble deciding at the start, the front from the back. I did a great job, only backwards. Taking everything apart took tremendous time, but I did achieve my goal. Seems like the manufactures spend more time showing what is in the package than writing good instructions on how to do the job. I take full responsibility, but wish for better instructions. Still love the chair.. Donna. Cold Spring, KY. Wed Jan 14 2026

I really like this chair. It is small enough to fit in my bedroom, but my husband likes it as well. Its firm, which is good for me as I have back cronic pain and just cant get up as easily as I once did. I have no issues, I like it a lot.. Susan. VA. Tue Oct 06 2026

Chairs were easy to put together and are a nice size for our (not huge) family room. One chair has a noticeable poorly planned horizontal seam in the middle of the back. The second of our two chairs does not have the same flaw.. Nancy. Edgewater, MD. Sun Aug 09 2026
