After reading some reviews on putting this bed together, I was concerned. However, it only took two people 2 1/2 hours to put this bed together. It is very sturdy and the grandkids love sleeping up top as well as the space below to work and play. We bought two of these for a small space and they will work out well! One box had a chipped piece (I think the metal piece in the box must have hit it during the shipping process), but both Wayfair and the manufacturer have responded quickly to replace it. It was SUPER easy to put together. It had the same screws basically for everything, so it was hard to mess up. The tracking of the shipment was also super convenient and accurate. I was thrown off with the staircase handrail, it’s not very kid friendly to hold onto because it’s low.
